Standard Warranty

I understand that OZO Construction Inc. takes pride in satisfying all clients. This work comes with a three year warranty on the work being done.

This applies to all work completed providing that the product is well maintained and not abused (abuse being defined as the use of damaging chemicals or abuse to the materials such as excess weight above what the interlock was built for).

Corrections are done at the expense of OZO Construction Inc. and includes any shifting above ¼ of an inch.

Additional items or changes in the original agreed upon plan are done at my expense (if it will result in additional costs in materials and/or labor).

Manufacturer warranty applies directly with the manufacturer.

Other trades work issues are not covered under the OZO Construction Inc. warranty.
